Important Dates

Enrollments open for 2024-2025 School Year.

Enrollment for current school year 2023-2024 is ongoing.

September 18 - Applications being accepted for 2024-2025 School Year for grades Toddler -4th Grade.

Toddler, Pre-S & Pre-K Application Recommended Deadline:

April 26th, 2024 (additional enrollments determined by availability). Early Childhood admissions is on a rolling basis.

K - 4th Grade Application Recommended Deadline:

February 29th, 2024

Financial Aid Application Deadline:

February 9th, 2024

Decision Notifications/Offer Letters:

March 22nd, 2024

Application Process

  • We appreciate the time it takes to become familiar with our philosophy and ask any questions you might have.

    You may address questions to: admissionsoffice@ifschool.org

  • In the 2023-2024 school year, Open Houses are held in person and online sessions.

    The Open House/Info Sessions will help you understand more about the distinct IFS methodology, philosophy, and commitment to Quaker Education.

    You can sign up for an Information Session through the Inquiry Form or email admissionsoffice@ifschool.org.

  • We recommend applying by February 29th for the following school year. We will take applications and accept families all year round depending on available space.

  • Schedule an interview with our Head of School, Dr Sue Brooks, or with Sophia Lo (Asst Head of Operations).

    Children do not need to be present for this interview.

    Remember, at all times we are here to guide you through this process!

  • We will be invite your child for a meet and greet on campus at a later date.
